Springport Motor Speedway is fast becoming the place to be on Saturday nights for not only the racers, their families, and their friends, but also for the spectators, as well as the sponsors of the speedway.

Signs - Back of Main Grandstand

We have space for 2 foot high signs and 4 foot high signs to hang on the back of the main grandstand. The width of these signs can be almost any length you need. These signs are visible from the midway area which contains the concession stand, souvenir stand, hospitality tent, and restrooms. Everybody walks towards these signs whenever they are headed to their seats

If you already have a sign made up, we will install your sign. Or we can have one made for you.

Signs - Back of Pit Side Grandstand

We have space for 2 X 2 and 2 X 4 foot signs to hang on the back of the pit side bleachers which will be seen every night by all of the drivers, crewmembers, and other people, in the pit area.

Just as with the main grandstand signs, you may provide your own sign or we can have one made for you.

Concrete Retaining Wall Advertising

When it comes to signage at Springport Motor Speedway, this one will get you the biggest bang for your buck. We have 3/8th's of a mile of white painted concrete wall surrounding the entire racing surface.

You can have big, bold lettering and graphics painted directly onto the white concrete wall. Your company name won't go unnoticed on any race night. It will also show up very well when the sun goes down due to our excellent lighting at the track.

With this advertising package, you are buying space by the foot. Whatever length you need for a sign, we can provide you with the space. All locations around the wall are on a first come, first serve basis. Prime locations are on the backstretch for visibility from the main grandstand or on the front stretch if your primary target is the competitors sitting in the pit grandstands. The front stretch is also good when action photos are taken as the cars race near the start/finish line. Another prime location is between turns 1 and 2 where the scoreboard is located. Turn 3 is also a very good location.

We will maintain your spot for you whenever it needs to be repaired. However, it is an honor to receive a black tire mark streaked across your company name. If that happens, we will take a photo of your space for your enjoyment and will leave it like that for one race night. We will then repair it before the following week.

There is a charge per linear foot plus the cost of painting your sign. Call for a quote, it may not be as expensive as you might think.

Race Night Sponsorship

The Race Night Sponsorship allows your company to be personally involved with the fans and all the racers on the night of your choosing. The standard race night sponsorship package described here is available for any race night except for the Racin' & Rockin' show and the Michigan Cup. Race night sponsorships for those two events are handled differently, please call (517) 543-5202 if you're interested in sponsoring either of those two events.

If you love racing, you'll love sponsoring a race night.

Your company will also be mentioned in any outside advertising that might be paid for by the speedway. Our writers will mention your company in our article submissions that go to area newspapers and other publications.

During the race night itself, our announcer will make numerous mentions of your company over the PA system and can also read a script that you prepare.

One to three people of your choosing can ride in the pace car at the start of each event.

One person of your choosing can wave the green flag to start each feature event.

We will provide you with a hospitality tent, along with tables and chairs set up on the main concourse located behind the main grandstand where you can entertain your guests. If you need more space or a larger tent, you can bring your own equipment or we can make arrangements for you. (There might be additional costs depending on your needs). We will also provide you with whatever space you might need for your company display. Example: A new car dealer might wish to have several new cars on display. The additional space can be provided at no extra cost.

The Race Night Sponsorship package is very affordable. We can design a package to fit your needs as well as to accomodate however many people you would like. As an added bonus, you are not just sponsoring the track, your sponsorship will add additional money to the driver's championship point fund.

For entertaining your guests, you are allowed to cater in your own food and refreshments, you can grill your own food on site, or we can provide you with coupons which your guests may use at the track concession stand. We will then bill you for the coupons that were used.

A Race Night Sponsorship is a great value and is an excellent way to entertain your employees and their families as well as your customers. They will enjoy the evening and will want to do it again next year.
